Our 100% Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from the Mission varietal; trees descended from those brought to America by the missionaries in the 18th century. We gently pick our olives as they are turning from purple to black so that our oil has a distinctive buttery flavor. Our olives are rushed to a local mill for pressing. This process locks in important antioxidants that olive oil, a monounsaturated oil, is so well known for. We pride ourselves in creating this heart healthy and delicious product. Our logo, the biblical dove with the olive branch in it's mouth, is the universal symbol of peace.
